We both know Squarespace can spring up an update on us whenever. That’s why each Buildout project includes 30 days of support. To keep you covered and take care of any unexpected issue that may come up after delivery, due to a client modification or a platform change.

Each customization and fix will be tested for both Desktop and Mobile devices, using the latest version of the most common browsers, to ensure the site’s visitors have the best and most cohesive experience possible at all times.

I’m afraid that’s not possible.
My process involves looking through multiple solutions to find the best one before implementing, and that’s not something that I can do while on a call.
If you’re more comfortable with that format, check this list of recommended experts to find one that offers that type of service!

Availability varies throughout the year, but you can expect a waiting time of about 2 weeks from the moment you get in touch.
If you need help right away, you’re comfortable with implementation and what you’re going for isn’t too complex, then I can provide guidance in 48h through The Club.

To make sure you’re covered after the implementations have been made, you’ll have a total of 30 days of support via email after your Buildout Day where you can let me know if something went wrong so I can take care of the problem.
Please note: support is limited to issues arising from modifications made by me, your client and Squarespace updates. Any unrelated issues will require a separate quote.

If you’re looking to make a minor change, I’ll take care of it within the first 10 days of the support period.
If the change goes beyond a minor change, falls outside of the scope of the original Buildout project, or is requested after the first 10 days of support, an additional fee will be required.
Please note: minor changes relate to styling aspects such as borders, shadows, colors, fonts, dimensions, etc. Block or section swaps, restructuring of any kind, and changes that require modifying the original code approach or setup, will need a separate quote.

You’ll have the walkthrough video to guide you!
Depending on the customizations implemented, I’ll provide helpful settings so you can alter sizes, colors, spacing, fonts, etc on your own.
I’ll also show you the step-by-step needed to add/update content to your new customizations, if there are any specific elements to take into consideration.
Plus, whenever possible, I’ll also provide a user-friendly way to reuse the same look across the same kind of block/section anywhere else on the site!
Please note: if what you’re looking to modify requires restructuring the customization or code, or applying it to a different section/block layout other than the kind previously tackled, a new Buildout project will need to be booked.
