    Fill out the application form on this page to submit your interest for this service. Please note that spots are very limited in order to provide a true VIP experience.

    Wait for the review

    If there’s an available spot in my calendar to become your Sidekick, I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your needs and make sure I’ll be able to help with your requests.

  • 03

    Book your spot

    Once we’re on the same page and excited to create great work together, I’ll send over the agreement and invoice to get started on the date agreed upon. You’ll be able to start using your hours as soon as that day arrives!

    During our partnership

    Each month, you’ll be able to reach out with your requests so I can handle them for you. We’ll have a shared doc to drop any wishlist items, and we’ll stay in touch through there and via email.

    To be continued?

    Near the end of our 3-month period, we’ll do a quick check-in to see if you want to keep your Sidekick spot, or if the hours need to be adjusted for the following quarter, based on your workload.

“What can be done with the hours?”

It depends on the type of project(s) you’re working with that month, but here are a few examples of the ways I can support you.

  • If you have any ideas you’d like to explore further, I can lay out the possibilities and help you evaluate their pros and cons. That way, you can choose whether to move forward with the build or not, before development.

  • I can bring your ambitious mockup ideas to life into live or trial Squarespace sites for any client project you have in the works.

  • I can create custom page templates that can be reused by you or the client without modifying the code.

  • If you have an idea for a customization you’d like to develop, without a specific project, I can build those out too! You’ll be able to keep them on hand for whenever they become useful.

  • I can go in and fix those client sites where all of the sudden issues popped out of nowhere due to yet another Squarespace update or user error, precisely at a time when your schedule is about to explode.

Got Q’s?

  • We’ll have a special Wishlist setup inside Google Docs so we can keep track of all of your requests, mark the ones that have been tackled, and include comments/questions when needed to clarify or discuss options.

  • Up to 3 unused hours from the previous month will rollover, subject to availability, and expire after one month.

    Any additional unused hours will be forfeited.

  • If another period is booked within 10 days after the previous one ended, up to 3 unused hours can rollover, subject to availability.

    If no new 3-month periods are booked within the 10 days post-service – or is booked after that timeframe – all unused hours will be forfeited.

  • Yes.

    3 months is the perfect amount of time to help you tackle those pending projects that are meant to launch soon, tweak the already published ones that are creating issues, and work through your ideas for “internal” plugins or templates.

    That’s why this service package is built that way.
